It's highly recommended you sync all data to the server as often as possible. Because if you lose your device or if the app data gets corrupted, you will lose all unsynced modifications. If you lost your data, it's highly probably that we will not be able to recover it, sorry. In any case, contact support immediately and we will investigate what caused it and fix as soon as possible, so it will not happen again. This application is still in beta test, so you should always synchronise your data to the server and report any issues.
